(Chambersburg, PA) – Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, CRPS, formerly known as RSD Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, is a progressive disease of the Autonomic Nervous System, and more specifically, the Sympathetic Nervous System. The pain is characterized as constant, extremely intense, and out of proportion to the original injury. The pain is typically accompanied by swelling, skin changes, and extreme sensitivity to touch. It usually affects one or more of the four limbs but can occur in any part of the body and in over 70% of the victims it spreads to additional areas.

CRPS is ranked as the most painful form of chronic pain that exists today by the McGill Pain Index. That’s more painful than childbirth and amputations!

Race date: Friday, November 13 9P EST, Saturday November 14 3P EST.

Drivers Meeting 15 minutes prior both days.

Track: Phoenix, Open Dogleg

Car: Sprint, Silver Crown

Setups: Open

Friday Night-

• Qualifying: All drivers will take 2 laps, single-car open qualifying format.

• Heat Races: 10 laps. Field size and transfer position TBD by number of entries.  Lineups will be determined by qualifying, field inverted.

• Feature: 20 car fields, pill-draw determines inversion.  Remaining field determined by heat finish.

o Sprint Cars- 20 laps.  Top 2 locked into Saturday feature.

o Silver Crown- 40 laps.  Top 2 locked into Saturday feature.

Saturday-

• Heat Races: 10 laps.  Field size and transfer position TBD by number of entries.  Lineups will be determined by Friday finishing positions, field inverted.

o Those that didn’t participate Friday will start in the rear.

• Feature: 20 car fields, pill-draw determines inversion.  Remaining field determined by heat finish.

o Sprint Cars- 40 laps.

o Silver Crown- 100 laps.
